SJB-Z150/30-1220PE plastic extruding plate machine set is developed by this company to produce building moulding board from new PE plastic waste and fly ash, calcium carbonate and other filler by extruding process. The building moulding board is designed to substitute for steel moulding board and bamboo veneer. The plastic moulding board has such advantages as low cost, light weight, continuous use times above 15, waste re-comminution and reuse, etc.

The machine set consists of a single-screw plastic extruder, automatic vacuum feeder, dehumidifying and drying hopper, extruder head, three-roller press, heating and leveling device, row-roller cooling device, side trim unit, draw bar machine, shearing machine, row-roller conveyor, etc. The machine set has a compact structure and outstanding performance. The screw and screw cap are optimized and designed and made of high performance alloy steel 38CrMoAiA so that the whole machine has such advantages as uniform plasticization, stable extrusion output, high product output, long service time, etc.

The screw cap of main machine is heated b y cast aluminum heater, cooled by air, and temperature-controlled by precision electrically controlled instruments. The precision shaping press device can shape the plate very well by function adjustment. The fixed length cutting device is used for cutting to assure plate length accuracy.
